Former Málaga CF head of legal launches its own law firm specialized in Sports, advising Sports industry actors

After more than seven years as the Málaga CF´s head of legal, Joaquin Jofre Fdez-Abascal begins a new stage in his professional career with the launching of legal boutique Jofre Sports Law. which is expected to open its Málaga office in July.

According to the firm “Jofre Sports Law is a legal boutique specializing in Sports Law, that will provide comprehensive advice to professional athletes and entities linked to the Sports industry. The firm is born with the desire to continue with the professionalization of the Sports industry, transferring the passion of competition to the offices, where commitment to the client is the basis of this law firm, providing our services with the strictest ethical and deontological principles.”

Joaquín (pictured) was Málaga CF´s head of legal and was replaced after his exit by its in-house lawyer Álvaro Gómez de la Vega, that has recently left Málaga CF to join RCD Espanyol as head of Sports law, as announced by Iberian Lawyer.

The headquarters of Jofre Sports Law will soon open in Malaga, at the emblematic Taillefer Building, located in Alameda Principal 6.
