Jofre Sports Law is a legal boutique specialized in comprehensive advice in the field of sports.

The firm is led by Joaquín Jofre, who has spent seven years of his professional career as Legal Director of Málaga Club de Fútbol, ​​S.A.D.

He began his professional career in 2009 at JNC & Asociados, being one of his main clients Málaga CF.

During this period he developed his passion for sports law. As a consequence of that passion, he obtained a postgraduate degree organized by the Royal Spanish Football Federation in collaboration with the Rey Juan Carlos University, as well as a course in Procedural Practice in Sports Arbitration taught by ISDE.

In January 2012 he joined the Viva Gym chain of gyms, as Legal Director. During the time he was in the company, he created the structure of the company.

In August 2012 he joined Málaga CF as Head of the Legal and Human Resources Department, where he served until October 2019. At this stage he represented Málaga CF before the Spanish Courts, RFEF, UEFA FIFA and the Court of Sports Arbitration. Advising the club on the legal aspects of the recruitment of players, interacting with intermediaries and clubs, writing contracts and entering the information in FIFA TMS. He was the main contact of Málaga CF with national and international organizations (Liga de Fútbol Profesional, Real Federación Española de Fútbol, ​​UEFA and European Clubs Association).

Joaquín Jofre is a regular speaker at seminars related to football law, both nationally and internationally.
